What does it cost?
CHF 87.50 per hour plus CHF 30 travel, no VAT. After your photo I estimate how long it will take, so you know where you stand before I come. For larger jobs I can quote a fixed price or a full offer on request.

Do you bring tools and a ladder?
Tools always, plus screws and wall plugs for the usual fixings — I do not charge those separately. A ladder does not fit in every car: for ceiling lights or high mounting, just tell me whether you have a sturdy chair or a step stool, then I come without one.
How soon can you come?
Often the same day if the calendar allows, otherwise within a few days. Just write when it suits you; you usually get a reply within minutes. For a same-day slot it is worth asking early rather than mid-afternoon.
Do you come to the old town of St. Gallen?
Yes, but around the driving ban: the pedestrian zone by Marktplatz, Bohl and Gallusplatz cannot be driven into during the day. Deliveries therefore go in the morning, usually before 11. If you live there, mention it right away and we plan the slot around it instead of improvising on site.
Can you pick furniture up at IKEA or the shop?
Yes. Collecting a mattress, shelf or sofa at the shop, bringing it to you and assembling it on the spot is a normal job — even if the packaging is already open. Tell us the shop, your address and the floor, and we estimate driving time and effort.
Can you drill into tiles, or does glue work too?
Both. Tiles and stone can be drilled if needed; for shower shelves and light bathroom fittings glue is often the better choice and leaves no hole — handy in a rented flat. Send a photo of the wall and we tell you beforehand what we recommend. For concrete or old masonry we bring the right tool.
Does a floor without a lift cost extra?
There is no surcharge — but stairs take time, and time is what gets billed. So tell us the floor and whether there is a lift, and it is already in the estimate. A sofa to the fourth floor without a lift realistically adds a good half hour compared to the first.
Is it cheaper if I help?
Yes. For carrying and moving, a second pair of hands makes it noticeably faster, and since time is what gets billed, you pay less. Just say in advance whether you will be there, and we plan for it.
Does the furniture need to be delivered already?
For assembly, yes — otherwise we stand in front of empty boxes. Order so that everything arrives two days before the appointment, and let us know if a delivery is delayed; then we move the slot instead of losing it.
Can I pay with TWINT on the day?
Yes, TWINT or cash works on site. The 50 % deposit that secures the slot goes through TWINT, card, Apple Pay or PayPal.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based at Brühlbleichestrasse 7, 9000 St. Gallen and help across the region — including Gossau, Wittenbach, Herisau and Rorschach. Just ask on WhatsApp whether your town is covered.
